Fairfax, VA Tankless Water Heater Install
Mr. J. called into our office because his current water heater had a pinhole leak in the tank. He wanted to explore options for a more energy-efficient water heater. Mike our Field Supervisor went out and talked to him about tankless pptions.
After accepting our proposal we installed a Navien Natural Gas Tankless Water heater in the space where his old Tank Water heater had been.
Dumfries, VA Water Softener Installation
Mr. J called our office because he wasn't happy with the quality of his water. Brad went out tested the water and recommended Installing a CareSoft Elite water softener and a carbon filter to remove the chlorine smell from the water.
Water Treatment Install in Dumfries
Performed above work. Installed 1054 Ao smith care soft elite. Unit was installed in garage piped through wall into the mechanical room. Unit was thoroughly flushed to clean new media. Salt barrel was filled. Also installed 1x20 carbon filter. Unit was left under pressure for several min without issue. Hose bibs were left in treated.

PLUMBING ESTIMATE Scope of Work: Provide labor and materials to remove existing equipment and install a new natural gas water heater and associated plumbing components as outlined below. Removal of Existing Equipment • Remove existing 40-gallon natural gas standard vent water heater. • Remove existing gas shut-off valve connected to the water heater. • Remove existing saddle valve connected to the HVAC system. Installation of New Equipment and Components • Install new water heater drain pan with drain line piped to existing floor drain. • Install new thermal expansion tank per plumbing code requirements. • Install new State light-duty commercial grade 50-gallon natural gas standard vent water heater with a 6-year manufacturer warranty on the tank. • Install new service valve at the water heater. • Install new proper shut-off valve to the HVAC system (replacing the existing saddle valve). • Reconnect existing copper water lines to existing CPC. • Set water heater temperature to 120°F. Testing and Completion • Test all work for proper operation and check for leaks. • Remove all debris from the work area and dispose of materials in accordance with local regulations. Permits • JR Snider will be responsible for pulling the required gas permit for this work. Warranty • With active Snider Club Membership: 2-year parts and labor warranty. • Without Snider Club Membership: 1-year parts and labor warranty. • Manufacturer Warranty: 6-year manufacturer warranty on the water heater tank. Furnished/installed 40 gallon natural gas water heater with new pan, expansion tank, ball valve and new gas valve. Turned water and gas back on and tested. Water heater is operating properly at this time. |
