When this well-known park and Equestrian Facility began having problems with a large commercial water heater that supplied hot water to staff housing, one of the board members knew just who to call.
After a quick diagnostic of the 20-year-old heater, everyone agreed that it was time for a replacement.
The new water heater was delivered to the job site as we drained and removed the older unit. After some quick repiping and the installation of a new expansion tank, they were back in hot water by mid-afternoon.

Drain, cut out and haul away existing water heater
-Install new emergency pan and pipe to drain separately from HVAC condensation line
-Install new 50 gallon, natural gas, conventional vent water heater
-Install new 5 gallon expansion tank
-Reconnect flue, gas and water piping
Mr. C. reported very hard water at his home in Ashburn. Brad went out and tested his water and made some recommendations to remove the hardness and the Chlorine in the Water. Space was also a concern for Mr. C. so we found a unit that would work perfectly in the space.
We installed a "ONE" Tank Cartridge with Carbon block and a Water Care 1054 "Care Soft Elite" Resin Water Softener
Mrs. L. had a very dated water treatment system that was no longer working, Brad Drawdy went out and tested her water and gave her recommendations for a new system with WRIPLI technology.
We scheduled an install date and Sam J removed her old equipment and installed a new WaterCare Acid Neutralizer and WaterCare Elite Red Resin softener. We also removed her hose bib from the treated water.
