Everything is good- very satisfied with the work Sniders did, from the time I called to a new heater being installed was about 3 hours so can't beat that.

We had JR Snider out to replace our water heater, Sammy our technician showed up on time, wore booties in our house, and in just a few hours we had hot water again.

We were having issues with the Laundry drain backing up into our kitchen sink, I called the office in the morning and they had someone out here by 10 am to clear the drain. I've used Joey for years and I am ALWAYS happy with his guys! A++

Chris did a great job of including us in deciding the right course of action for the septic repair and following up through the process. we also had the same company do a test of our water, saying our current system wasn't working properly and they tried to sell us a 10k water softener system, which we didnt need. The current equipment just needed a little repair, costing only $300...

EXCELLENT!!! We're able to pull pump and replace Dec. 23rd. Other companies wanted to do after Christmas!

I had JR Snider out to test our water when we moved in. We had REALLY bad rotten egg smell throughout the house. Brad came out tested the water and gave us a quote to fix the issues and by the next day we had a new Water Treatment system installed. We couldn't be happier.
