The only reason I gave 4.5 stars is that, even though their prices are in line with the industry standard, I still think it's too expensive to be considered a good value.

I had J.R. Snider out to my house last week because our water heater was leaking. The water heater turned out to be under warranty, Snider's had a new heater delivered while the guys were draining down the old heater.  From the time they showed up until I had hot water again was just a few hours. 

I've been using JR Snider Plumbing for almost 20 years! I know if I call during the day, on a weekend or in the middle of the night I'll get a live person to talk to and have a tech over quickly!
