Very pleased with the prompt response and inspection of my well pump system. Following a test of the well pump efficiency, Mike recommended no well pump replacement at this time and discussed symptoms to be aware of that would indicate a pending pump failure. Mike did great job. Even though the problem looks bigger than something that can be fixed at the spot, he explained me where my pipes go, what possible issue can it be, what to look for and all information provided by him makes a lot of sense. After talking to Mike I was able to contact the Loudoun Water to ask for underground leak detection and can move forward with that.
