Excellent service and can do attitude. These guys spent the whole day installing a water treatment system and 85 gallon water heater. At the end of the day the water heater started leaking. It was a factory defect. They were willing to get another unit and install it that night so we would not be without hot water. When I said no -too late- they made sure we had water for the night and returned early the next morning with a new water heater. They finished the install in 2 hours, checked everything out and left. Plus they will follow up with a return visit in 10-14 days to make sure everything is working properly. What a crew! I couldn’t be more pleased.

Shane Taylor is awesome and a gem! He was meticulous, professional, provided thorough explanations and recommendations, and told me about the membership which helped save me money. He was diligent in checking his work and caring, treated it as if it were his own house. I’ve used JR Snider for about 15 years and they’re a trusted company. I’ve always been happy with their service but Shane hit it out of the ballpark.

Shane did an excellent job of fixing two sinks in my house. He took his time and ensured the job was done correctly. He showed me after the job was complete that everything was working as it should and that there were no leaks. He went above and beyond to show me things not related to the job at hand—for example, how to shut off the water in the house if I ever need to do that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Highly recommend!
