Really nice guy who was able to quickly identify the problem. Unfortunately, it’s a foundation issue and not a plumbing issue so he couldn’t help fix it but I appreciated the rapid response and answer for the source of the water. Tommy came (on time) and fixed not only our leaking copper pipe which we had hired him for, but a valve that was leaking as well. The quote was reasonable and he didn't add anything to it or try to find and insist on other things that would need fixing like some other plumbers would do. Definitely recommend him and JR Snider.
