Mr. J had us install water treatment in his house earlier in the year. He was so happy with the quality of his water he wanted us to install a new system in his barn for the apartment.
We installed a new 50-gallon electric water heater, a WaterCare 1354 Ion Air Cat, and a pre-filter to remove the sediment.
Water test results Hardness=18 grains Ph=7.0 Iron. None Tds= 400 ppm . Water is very hard at 18 grains per gallon . Home is on an alternative drainfield.
