The before picture shows a customer who did not have a UV light system installed in their home. They recently got a failed water sample result from the lab and contacted J.R Snider Plumbing to remedy the problem.
We made a site visit to determine the best place to install a UV light. By the following day, Mr. C. had a newly installed ATS UV light.
Mr. F. already had our water treatment installed in his home, but one of the units he had was outdated and he was wishing to upgrade the unit.
We installed a new Water Care Air Cat to replace the older sidekick unit.
Mrs. W. called our office when she discovered water leaking from her water heater. Brad went out and determined the heater was pretty old (original to the house) and should be replaced.
We sent Josh out the same day to replace her heater with a new State 75 Gallon Propane Heater.
Arrived to install a new 44 gallon pressure tank and 1054 CareSoft softener. Went over the install with the customer and verified the location of the equipment. Removed old equipment. Installed pressure tank in the same location and reconnected onto existing 1” pvc water line. Ran new 1” cpvc water line to softener. Softener was installed in the same area as the pressure tank. Cut into 2” pvc drain line and installed trap and standpipe for backwash line. Ran new 3/4” backwash line to standpipe. Turned the water back on and checked for leaks. No leaks found. Ran unit through its cycle to verify it's working properly. Ran water for several minutes to bleed the air out of the lines. Tested the water and everything is working properly now.
Pulled well pump and found a 1/2 hp pump set at 100 feet. Water table starts 35 feet down and total well depth is 120 feet. Replaced well pump with a 1/2 hp 10 gpm well pump. Replaced pressure tank with a new 20 gallon pressure tank and tank tee. Turned the power back on and cycled the pump multiple times. Checked for leaks and no leaks found. Ran water from pressure tank until water ran clear. Everything is working properly now.
