On May 5, 2008 we called you to help us address a problem we had with our water pressure. Your response time was excellent. you worked around our busy schedules to make time to come at a time that was convenient to us and that was much appreciated. Upon your assessment, we were able to pinpoint the area of the problem which went back to our well. We had an older well cover that was not sealing our potential intrusion from insects and we had some ants that made a home in and around our exposed well pipe.
You worked with us in options regarding a solution to the problem in the most inexpensive manner and then gave me detailed steps to take to correct the problem. You went as far as to give me the names of places I could patronize in the local area to get the supplies needed to complete the job. You then gave me a number at where I could reach you in the event I had questions during the process. This helped me have the confidence I needed to tackle the problem.
I want to tell you that the work went smooth and we feel we have made great progress in making our water a better quality than it's ever been. Water is the lifeblood of our quality of our lives and we could not feel better about it because of your company and the service you provide. Our water pressure has improved and we can see a difference in the water coming into the house. The water softener you installed last year was the best investment we have made in this house and drinking water filter has more than paid for itself already. I know the pipes are better since the softener has been installed and will help extend the life of all our water appliances.
In short, we just wanted to express our satisfaction with your products and the service with which you stand behind them. In fact going beyond what we expected an giving us the feeling that we know our water is the best it could be.

NH WaterCare’s owner Matt Griffin recently serviced our existing water filter and installed a new filter to remove radon from our water. Matt was terrific. He took the time to explain some things that we didn’t know about treating our water. Because we didn’t completely understand what our existing filter was supposed to do, we were a bit negligent in taking care of it. Thanks to Matt, we now know what to do. Matt is conscientious and his service was prompt and thorough. I thought his prices were excellent. I highly recommend NH WaterCare if you need to have your water treated.
