JR Snider was great. I had no water on Thursday morning when I awoke. I called JR Snider around 10:30 AM and a technician arrived at my house by 11:45 to diagnose the problem as a water pump failure. The following morning 2 technicians arrived at my house at 9:00 AM to replace the pump. Both technicians were polite, professional and clearly explained everything they would need to do to replace the pump. They worked quickly and I had water by noon that day. Thank goodness! I highly recommend JR Snider.

Jared was terrific and identified the issue, explained it clearly, and developed a solution that will resolve the problem, at various option levels. He could not have been more professional and instilled terrific confidence in the result. My well pump was old and broken, and he and the team set up a whole new system and restored water at better pressure levels and (likely) avoiding sediment in the water that has plagued me since we bought our home. I am joining the Snider Club and will be a solid referral based upon this very positive experience!

I could not leave enough stars or say enough positive things about my experience with Shane Taylor. He did a thorough inspection of my house and found issues with my water tank and water heater, which he showed me and explained the impact of not addressing the issues. He saw the age of the water tank and, while it had gone out of warranty, he was able to convince the seller to cover a full replacement. He saved me several thousand dollars when it could have been just as easy to sell me a new water heater. You don't see that kind of honesty anymore or that kind of service and true interest in helping the customer. I'm a grateful (and loyal) customer.

Ok, just had the team come back and replace our pump. Excellent service, knowledge and all around excellent people and company! Reasonably priced too so don't hesitate to call this A+ company! I'm a real person, with real life issues that arise when being a home owner, this company and the team are excellent, will definitely recommend to friends and family and keep them on speed dial!
