We were having a very low hot water pressure issue. JR Snider was able to send a plumber out to our house the very next day. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The troubleshooting took about 45 minutes as he eliminated all reasonable causes for low hot water pressure. It turned that a part had corroded inside the water heater and blocked the flow of water. I appreciate the fact that JR Snider didn't automatically assume the water heater needed to be replaced. This repair only cost me $200 instead of $2000. JR Snider sends experienced and honest technicians. I highly recommend this company!
