In the beginning, price. But since we decided to do business with Independent Water Systems, we realize we made the best decision for us. Complete customer satisfaction is what we've experienced. The chlorine in our water was so bad that the smell was awful. The minerals were already starting to discolor some of our new plumbing fixtures. We no longer have issues with water damaging plumbing fixtures. We are saving money on soaps, laundry detergent and filters for the refrigerator as well!
