Our home is on city water and we decided to install a CareSoft Elite for multiple reasons and we are very satisfied. The natural soaps we use for our 4yr old son will now actually sud up and our fixtures and appliance stay much cleaner. We love the twin setup as we always have treated water and WRIPLI keeps us informed on the system status.

Very satisfied with the product. Our water has never been better. We were going through a little more salt than normal several months after installation. The technician was able to identify that we had a leak in the home which was a toilet by the analytics provided by the unit.
